What I Want

Cold Weather Essentials

Photos by Matt McMonagle

Everyone seems to be wearing knee high boots this winter and as I'm sitting in front of my fireplace, wrapped in a blanket writing this, I'm reminded why.  Stuart Weitzman dominates the boot arena every. Single. Year. Clearly this year is no different, with their suede, knee-high, high heel boots at epicenter of winter wardrobes around the world.  Unfortunately, their boots are around $800, but fortunately every other designer is coming out with their own, more affordable version.  The boots I'm wearing here are Steve Madden, they are one of my favorite shoe brands because they make styles that look strikingly similar to designer shoes at an affordable price.

My coat is from Aritzia (shocking, I know). I'm so excited that I finally found a solid camel coat because it's a staple that everyone, both men and women, should have in their closet.
I featured this bag in a previous post, but the color and structure is so perfect in achieving the fall/winter neutrals look so I've been using it a lot lately. I especially love the simple gold detailing on the front.
